Loan to help raise 5% deposit??

Hi got offered a mortgage at 90% we got the first 5% but need the other 5% are there any loan company's that do loans for rasing deposits on houses, we have had bad credit in the past, and i still think that effects us.

Sub-prime? They will rob you, offer ~7%, then up it to 11% :eek: Think what you are letting yourself in for

You aren't allowed/supposed to borrow money for a deposit anyway.

If a lender will only lend you 90%, they want to know that the 10% is from your own resources. If you are going to borrow it, you need to disclose the fact. And then they probably won't be happy.
