Appeal rejected by IAS

Hi All,
We have had our appeal rejected by IAS. Unfortunately we did not know of this forum and identified the driver in the appeal letter.
Should we still ignore and wait for court papers or should we pay it now the driver has been identified?
Thanks guys

Should we still ignore and wait for court papers
Receiving court papers for an unpaid PCN is not necessarily an automatic given, but losing at the IAS makes the possibility a little more likely.
Tell us which parking company. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Google search their name and 'BMPA Insight' and you will have their stats for court claims (no need for us to do that for anyone!). We've never seen a defence lost against them here BTW; we do win over 99% of defended cases and they hardly feature.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I already did that and it shows that there were only 37 cases taken to court so far in 2017 out of over 12k invoices issued.
I wasn't sure weather to ignore the IAS decision as we have named the driver and therefore in the event of it going to court it would be harder to fight?
We parked on private land that has a business running on there (business does not own the land, and I have already asked them to speak with Park direct to have the ticket cancelled but they are saying I need to resolve it myself) which I visited whilst my partner and children waited for me. As soon as I came back, my partner left and my children and I walked to our next destination. Normal warning signs, no parking, no drop off, park with-in the lines - partner parked half in and half out etc etc0 -
Ignore it all unless they try a claim, forget the IAS *decision* which is just a pile of rubbish.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Other than pay (which as a fightback forum we won't be recommending) your only other option is to see what Park Direct's next move is and deal with that then. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
