Richie it is essential you do not rely uon an Agreement In Principle, they are just a rough indicator as all sorts of assumptions are built into them, to include that you will be able to fully satisfy a Human underwriter all of your income is sustainable.
The fairly complex income scenario needs to be considered only by lenders that accept probationary periods. Lenders have differing rules around probations - for example they may allow it subject to the wording of an employers reference.
In summary you will not know for sure until a full blown underwriting process has been carried out.0 -

Indeed - the next step is to find a lender that can agree the mortgage for you.
