Well, as long as you haven't borrowed 10k, spent that on something, then replaced the 10k with money that "fell off the back of a lorry". That might raise an eyebrow or two!

Look at your agreement under "cooling off period" it will list the procedure for canceling the loan, unless it specifically states you must pay interest, you may not have too.
