Perhaps it would help if we listed them, so that we can see what others have seen. These are my possibilities, although really, some of the images could be anything.

1. Hot sunshine.
2. Lake? But no lifeguard or buoy.
3. Lightning? Reflected in water
4. Girl doing star jumps near a drain
5. Fallen tree
6. Man with walking stick could trip on twigs.
7. Lady in wheelchair about to navigate stairs
8. Girl at bottom of steps looks like she has overdone it and could pass out.
9. Girl at top of steps pushing against glass door.
10. Girl in purple doing high kicks could fall.
11. Fire door wedged open with a fire extinguisher that should be on the wall.
12. Pervy looking bloke with camera?
13. Dog poo on grass?
14. Children playing football near muddy puddle.
15. Girl exercising with a stretch band that looks like it is starting to break
16. Bicycle wheel near drain.
17. Dog playing piggy in the middle?
18. Parallel bars look wonky.
19. Stack of blocks could fall on girl’s head.
20. Woman leaning on a chair with a wonky leg
21. Woman sitting on chair too close to next chair, could hit her.
22. Music looks too loud.
23. Cables for stereo look to be laying on floor.
24. Ballet dancers look like they are kicking each other
25. Not sure what the girl next to the ballet dancers has on her feet. Looks like bricks to me, but presume it is meant to be unsuitable shoes.
26. Bar on wall appears to be tied up.
27. Water dripping through window onto an electric socket
28. Bottle on floor spilling liquid out. (Near window and socket)
29. Another red bottle spilling liquid out
30. Purple bag unattended
31. Not sure what the brown thing on the floor near the blocks is. Could be an unattened handbag.
32. Puddle of water near a floor cleaning machine?
33. Unattended bag near a slope
34. Lighting falling down with a frayed cable
35. Door at top blocked.
36. What looks like a hole in the floor (top right).
37. Office has a broken pane of glass
38. Not sure what the thing is on the back wall. Could be a heater smoking?
39. The blue stereo near the office appears to have cables joined together by using connectors.
40. Towels? tumbling out of a cupboard (bottom right)
41. Carpet coming up (thanks to lovetowinacar below)

Any thoughts? I'm not sure what the cross on the floor just above the parallel bars is.

I think that is carpet coming up so a trip hazard.

Thanks. I have added this to the list above. I am not sure if the total should be less than 41 though, as some could be doubled up. For example, there are numerous unattended bags and the bloke with the camera could be counted as the same as the open fire door.
