Hi All
I have been self employed for the last 5 years co-owned a company which had 8 people 4 staff profit every year but i have decided to leave that and work freelance.
i looking to buy a house within next year with my partner that has full time job she is a teaching assistant i just wondering what the banks will be like with me we not going to be after a huge mortgage dont want to buy house more then 170k. am i right in assuming my 5 years wont take into account it will go from my new venture. savings wise i will have enough for the deposit.
any thoughts and advice would be great
Matt
