Bit disappointing, so let's hope the mangoes are good.

Very disappointing, not much of a saving.
Do I need it or just want it.

Yes, I bought a savoy cabbage this week for 59p IIRC. Super 6 is generally a much better saving (unless it's the grape snack packs which aren't a saving at all, just a slightly smaller rip off than usual;))

Totally agree. Hardly any difference to Mr T's current prices.

    Savoy Cabbage (each) - 79p
    Chantenay Carrots (500g) - £1.00
    Brown Onions (1kg) - 85p
    Mango (each) - 95p
    Mangetout ([STRIKE]155g[/STRIKE] 150g) - £1.00
    Baby Plum Tomatoes ([STRIKE]275g[/STRIKE] 325g) - £1.00
(i.e. equivilent to £3.07/kg from Mr T rather than £2.36/kg from Aldi)

Much better quality from Mr T's too !:T

Parrots are tropical creatures. I would imagine he will enjoy the mangoes, if they are any thing like the ones on offer at Lidl the other week (ie still as hard as a rock) you should feel confident they won't make a mess!

I get the impression these last few weeks that Aldi's offer is B grade veg specially bought in, and MrT's is the normal stock on special. Particularly noticeable at Christmas when Aldi's brussels sprouts were tiny and scruffy and MrT's were normal size clean heads.

Not the Bargains they used to be.
