Love the mini squash, cut into wedges and roasted, they will also keep for months, with unblemished skin, dry cool place, garlic I roast, skin, chuck in oil, freeze whole, roast garlic takes on a whole new dimension, the potatoes depend on the variety, but not bad either.

Went Aldi yesterday, got 6 garlic, the squash were tiny, went back today see if any fresh stock, no, asked staff member if expecting any delivery soon, shoulder shrug and negative grunt.
