Mortgages, voters toll and mortgage advisors

Hi
Recently moved back with my mum and I am now considering applying for my first mortgage. I totally forgot how behind the times northern Ireland is and it's takes near 2 months to get on the electoral register! I'm hoping to do my application in the next 2 weeks!
I was wondering if anyone has been in the same situation?
We will be using an independent mortgage broker should this help?
Really appreciate anyone who can help as I've got myself so worried tonight about it all!

It should not be a deal breaker.
