Hi
In Argos today (yes I know this isn't the Argos board, but I wanted people to see this) they're selling a Worx cordless drill (Which best buy) at £49.99. cat.no.710/6880
Or you can buy it (exactly the same drill) as part of a set, with a mains powered corded electric hammer drill and some drill bits for £44.95 on special offer (usually £49.99 as well, I think). cat no.711/1844
Hope this helps someone...

Get a life yourself.
Why the hell do you think there is AN ARGOS SUB-BOARD on the Grabbit board?? Duh!
Because once upon a time - there was a need for one due to the sheer number of posts. But that was then and this is now - there are more posts in the Boot's threads then there are in the argos sub-board now. The Argos board still says it's a trial for heavens sake.
"There's so much discussion on Argos offers, Grabbit's now got its own trial child board for all things Argos!".
I for one think it's time it was brought back into the fold - a lot of the content isn't a Grabbit anyway - just vaguely Argos related!

Agree with you completely, but until they decide to put Argos back on the main Grabbit page, all posts should stay there.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
Well glad to see at least I generated some excitement and generated some 'conversation'!!
Sorry to those I offended, but I'm glad I may at least have helped a couple of people.
The Argos board is not a place I would normally look for a special offer - I'd look in the Grabbit board itself. It's all chat about taking stuff back, misprices and opinions.
Just call me a rebel...
.0 -

Ok 'rules is rules' but why then aren't you moaning about the number of none grabbits on a grabbit sub-board? You can't have it both ways!
Sheesh - you'll be reporting Martin when he posts requests or info on the 'wrong' board next! All the World is a Stage; and I'm going through a difficult one at the moment!0 -
Thanks for this, I never EVER look at the argos board, have this board bookmarked as the offers are over so quickly that I just keep updating this page and hope all grabbit quicks will be posted here.0

I went in to my local Homebase looking for a cordless drill the other day and saw a Bosch PSR18, 18v drill reduced to £52. (25% off), but didn't want to spend that much.
Decided to look for the same drill on ebay, but got outbid when the combined price reached £45.
I believe Homebase are having an extra 10% off on Friday and Saturday, so all being well it will be down to £46 ish. Will go and see if I can get it then.
This was in Belfast, don't know if it applies UK wide.0
