just need some advice regarding installation:
More than one year ago, I suscribed to sky and multiroom in which I had to pay an extra £30 for the installation because of the extra cable. Now, recently I have bee having problems with one the amstrad boxes where whenever I turn sky on, theres no sound for 20 mins.
I rang up sky and they said that because it is out of one year warranty, they can offer me sky plus for £49 which is for the installation. Knowing that I had to pay extra money for the installation previously, i told the advisor about this and whether I had to again pay for any extra installation and she said No.
She was adamant that I will not have to but now I am worried that the engineer will ask for the extra fee. So does anyone know if they will charge me extra again

Can't see you being charged anything as it will be just a straight box swap.
The duff Amstrad for the Sky+ box. A case of unplugging the mains and unscrewing the dish lead on the Amstrad, fixing them to the + box , swapping the Sky card then checking it works.:beer:ac's lovechild0 -
