Looks like it's basically the same as existing voucher code/deals sites except it's done via a browser extension that recognises shop sites you visit. (doesn't/didn't at least one of the voucher code or deal finder sites have their own similar extension?)
According to their faq they get affiliate/cashback commission for some of the purchases you make via their links.

There's a lot of data collection/tracking listed in their privacy policy - but they claim all data collected is anonymous.
