Direct debit for loan

Just a quick question. I have a loan with zopa and want to change the bank account from which direct debit comes from to different bank. Anybody know best way of going about this?

Thanks for reply but there doesn't seem to be an option to do that.

There's supposed to be an FAQ for it - go here and it's in the "Borrowing Account Problems" drop down menu of the quick contact form. However, it's a blank page, so suggest you'll need to message them direct or phone them

It’s there alright, under ‘how do I change my bank details’....but it says there is no English translation for it

It’s under loan payment issues BTW.
