Help to Buy and old debts

Hi there..... I am considering getting a mortgage and have some debts outstanding that do not show on Equifax, Experian or Call Credit as they were defaulted more than 6 years ago. Some are paid off completely and some receive monthly minor payments. My question is two fold - can any potential borrow see these debts as my current credit scores are excellent across all three agencies and/or do i have to declare these when filling out any application?

All your debts will need to be declared on the mortgage application. Failure to do so is paramount to fraud. Not an advisable course of action as will do your reputation immense harm. Lenders share such data through a mutual organisation called National Hunter. Link below.
