Returning uniform etc to employer.

Our employees contracts state they have to return all work items , Iniforms , phones . keys etc , and if they dont we have the right to deduct the cost from their final pay . This is I am assured standard practice

The problem here is that the Op has not been to work for six months, so there is unlikely to be a final pay packet to deduct from if the OP has been on SSP.
