Cabot Financial & Northampton County Court Advise Please?

I have just had an argument with cabot financial ( 20:39),woman asked for me,when i told her she was speaking to me,first she asked for my details which i refused has i do not know who it is on other end of phone, it could be a conman hoping to get some personnal details out of me. I also told her that as it was past 8pm she should not ring me as i class it as harrasment. she said they (cabot) can ring upto 6 times aday until 9pm,i told her she can not.

I also told her i have asked for paperwork from them by post,because i do not believe they have the authority to chase me for the debt,due to me having an arrangement with barclycard. i told the lady not to ring again, and hung up in a bad mood. company's like this think they can flaunt the rules,whilst expecting us to obey them.:mad:
