Santander treats debt being repaid as continuing, so be careful not to leave such stuff out of the affordability calculator.I am a mortgage broker. I haven't got time to go through the data and enter it into lender calculators and stuff. Too many paying clients for that.
I just wanted to warn you about Santander and debt consolidation.
