Taking out credit after mortgage offer but before completion

Hi,

I'm after some advice, I have had my mortgage offer and am just awaiting completion. The problem I have is my PCP is coming to an end on my car very shortly and this means I will have to take our more credit to either buy the car or get a new one.

Will this have an effect on the mortgage company paying out?

Thanks in advance

    Possibly.

You should leave this until after completion.

Avoid new credit if you can.
The time between exchange and completion is the most risky as you can't pull out, but the bank can. Consequences are so severe that it's not worth the risk
