It literally means that your first entry will still be accepted, but your second and subsequent entries will be ignored.
In reality, there is a possibility that you will be disqualified totally, but also a chance that they can't/don't know how/can't be bothered to remove duplicate entries - especially if you use different details such as a second email address to enter.0 -
