Apart from anything else, mine has varied over the years. If I fill it in when thinking about work I'd get one score and a different one for home.
Back some time in the 90's, I bet an HR "expert" that I could give her any answers she wanted. Got three "target profiles" from her, sat the test three times consecutively, and got all the profiles absolutely dead on. Speed reading and teenage years reading pop quizzes is all you need to fix the results.

When I had one it said I was 'slow, unresponsive and suited to a sedentary position'. Even the HR manager said 'That doesn't sound like you!' (Internal position so he knew me....)

Match your answers to the job spec, tell them what they want to hear. That's how they work, isn't it? ;)

They are about as useful as Facebook quizzes. I would never add one to my CV. Your CV is a sales-sheet about you. If you feel it will help land you a job - fine.

It might be better to describe your personality traits in a profile section

    I'd leave it out.

For some it's completely unimportant = no difference.
For some it's what they have done at some point = you might look a bit pushy and presumptuous.
For some it's mumbo jumbo = you might move from the "yes" to the "maybe" pile ....
