Quite literally, I suspect, since you get some cash for getting orders through a user link. I did this a while ago, but I got so few hits, I really couldn't be arsed. I guess it's because my site was a very, very minor one. It's probably worth it for major sites.
The only decent bargain appears to be the PS3 version, which is apparently region free ..

They Have Now Changed The Region Indication Due To Pressure From Microsoft.
