Consider what you wear at the gym too. No matter how good your deodorant, if sweat gets on cotton it starts to smell BAD pretty quickly. That's why you see so many people in Lycra and similar synthetic materials.

I recently changed from old cotton t-shirts to those 'wicking' things and the difference was incredible (not admitting that I stink, mind).

Mitchum, find the stick is better than the spray and the tube lasts longer. Currently using sanex as its winter which is lovely, i dont sweat much in the winter.

I use this too and find it really good. I often work long shifts doing a physical job and it works well then, whereas the one I used to use (Soft & Gentle) wore off after just a couple of hours! Never tried Mitchum or Sanex but will keep an eye out for it.
