T&Cs are unclear whether this is judged or random:

So I presume it means they will initially judge entries that fit what they are looking for, then pick one of these at random?

The T&Cs state this opens at 12.01pm on 18th. Not sure if it means 12.01am or not. I entered before realising so not sure if I should enter again after lunch or not as it says entries received before are invalid.

Those are the same criteria that I posted this morning - I just wondered is it completely "picked at random..." or is it first judged and some entries weeded out??
