95% Newbuild Mortgage

Hi,

I recall seeing a thread that Halifax could offer 95% mortgages on new build houses for certain house builders and certain lenders.

Does anyone know how I find out who the builders and brokers are?

Has anyone had experience of the process?

It's the bigger builders and their brokers. Builder list;-
