Has any one got any reviews on this store.

I've just ordered some items, I got a email saying it had been dispatched giving a Royal Mail tracking number. When I check on the tracking I got a message on RM site saying it had not been entered in the system yet.
Then yesterday I got a email from everything £5 saying some of my items are out of stock and refunded me for the items.
A very strange setup if you ask me.

    Why do you think it's strange?
    Sounds like they simply processed the despatched goods before the refund.
    It is very common to get a tracking number before there are any details available. If even says something like "wait 48" hours on royal mails website if you try to track it. That aspect is certainly not unique to this retailer.

    Ok. Thanks. It's not something I've come across before. Having a tracking number before anything been dispatched.

    used them about 7 times and each time i had the email I had the items a couple of days after. I get an email and a text on the day of delivery.
  • I must be in the minority but had a really bad experience with them. Waited ages for delivery, and when it turned up it was completely the wrong items, and less items than I ordered. So much hassle to get them to rectify it, had to put a claim in through paypal in the end.

    My wife has been ordering the odd thing for the past 4 years and think they are a great company, in all respects.

    They generate the tracking number through the Tracked software.
    RM gets pre advice of this but wont show tracking until they actually scan it into the network.
