Just been checking on ebay and even some floor seats are fetching prices of below cost. From my calculations 2 fllor tickets plus BFs and P&P would come to approx £170? 2x Row A C Block tickets were sold earlier today for £137 delivered. Nowhere near half cost, but my original post made no claim of such a discount, I just stated ebay is cheapest now for Spice Girls tickets. Think about it, they are doing 17 concerts in a 20,000 capacity venue. That's 340,000 tickets in total, many bought by touts hoping to make a mint. They've been had, lol.

I have found good seats for most concerts in the last year or so at a fraction of the face value on ebay.

A couple of months ago I paid £48 inc postage for 2 x £75 george michael tickets

Try ebay. A friend told me this morning that they are half the original cost on there  . Gutted that I paid full price on the day of release, but hey I did get 2nd row from the front, so I shouldn't complain :D

Could be just a taste (or lack of it) thing, but seats at the front for the spice girls? Not complaining?

I came looking to see if they were giving away free money with free tickets

Silly question but i've never brought tickets off ebay before. If I was to win, would the transaction be covered by ebay/paypal if the seller didn't produce the tickets in December or January?

Don't pay for them out of your paypal balance, pay for them (through paypal) from your credit card (NOT debit card). That way, your credit card company should cover you against any fraudulent activity. Having said that, I've bought loads of tix off ebay and never once had a problem. Check their feedback (carefully!) before deciding who to buy off would be my tip. Common sense, I know, but you'd be surprised how many people don't check first.

Example in point - one of the listings (the one that went for £135 above) had seller feedback of 92%. I wouldnt buy off anyone with less than 99%. I think thats why those C1s went cheap.
