Nationwide DIP Accepted what could go wrong now?

Hi, this is the first time I have ever posted on a forum, so please forgive me
I have had mortgage with Nationwide for 15yrs and never had a late payment, I also bank with them, my property is worth around £300,000, and have £69,000 balance, I have applied for additional borrowing of £57,000, Decision in Principle has come back as accepted, but I don't want to get my hopes up, what could go wrong at this point? Do Nationwide to a Hard Check at DIP stage? Also will the fact that I use my £500 overdraft every month have an adverse affect? I have £1k savings (also with NW) which I have now moved to my main account, but will my previous use of overdraft result in a decline, and is there anything that could result in a decline at this stage? Any advise would be appreciated, thank?
