Will I be asked for another payslp

I have just lined up my mortgage renewal on a fixed 3 years deal, which is due to start around 8th November. The application has gone through fine and ive had the offer so everything complete and rigged to start as the other expires.
I am currently waiting to pursue a self employed venture, however i have received the offer based on my current employed position. Considering i have had the offer, what is the chances of the lender asking for another payslip between now and November?

If you are sticking with your current lender they won't request proof of income.I am a Mortgage Broker

No this is a new lender, and they have had all the proof of income, wage slips, bank statements etc and issued the offer - just nervous as it is not scheduled to start for another 6 weeks0
