FTB getting Home Mover Mortgage

Just a quick question really - I am a FTB but I want to get a home mover mortgage - is this allowed?

I know the incentives are generally better with a FTB mortgage but I have found one I like as a home mover scheme.

Also, how long are lenders taking at confirming applications at the moment?

    The term first time buyer sometimes is just to promote higher loan to value products, such as at 95%. If you have a greater level of deposit, then there is nothing stopping you from accessing rates available to others who are currently home owners. In terms of your second question, it is impossible to say as processes vary from lender to lender.
