Liability order - Council Tax

Hi
I had a liability order today through the post for unpais council tax,i hasnt recieved any reminders of an unpaid amount,as far as i knew it was up to date.
Anyhow it was a small amount so i settled it and paid,so i still need to provide them with employer and income details?
