What final checks are done before banks ( Natwest) release mortgage money at completion ?

Purple? they should of only done 1/2 hard checks all the others should be soft checks. Yes they check that you have not taken on any more credit since applying, because if you have they may withdraw the offer,, i was just wondering if there were any more checks done, income etc ?0

I’m wondering the chances too... got our offer today from Natwest and wanted to see if/when they’ll do the checks.Mortgage for £212000 - 10/17 for 35 years!
Aiming to overpay each year as close to 10% as possible!0
