Foreign Income....

I am employed in the U.K. But also work in Norway (employed) for 2 months of the year.
We are struggling to find a lender due to the foreign income and tax paid at source. We have spoken to a mortgage advisor and they are running out of ideas. Can anyone else offer advice?

One of the brokers will be along but there were changes last year in how foreign income can be treated for mortgage lending.

As a result of these changes a number of lenders dropped foreign currency mortgages, those that didn't slimmed down the currencies they will accept.

I had one enquirer last year I think working on rigs, paid in Norway, as I recall we had an option at 70% LTV but did not complete as he lost the property.
