Newbuild sees valuer instructed immediately. I'm working on such a case as we speak.I am a mortgage broker. So the valuer is instructed pretty much immediately.
My case;-
application submitted 8 Sep
initial docs upload 8 Sep
valuer instructed 12 Sep
'shopping list' emailed to us 12 Sep

Thank you for responding appplication went in 11th and valuation fee taken straight away and credit check done immediately. And valuation was authorised yesterday.
They asked for p60, bank statement and payslips.
Does the tier effect how much extra info they request0
