How do I claim tax back?

I've been charged tax and I only work for £5000 a year. I got complicated as I took on exam invigilating in the summer. I need to claim my tax back but cannot find the link on hmrc. I've done it before online and it was great, much easier than ringing, but this time I can't find it.
