Sorry for bumping but not entered these for a few years and on entering the answers disappear and not sure if it has taken entries or not.... is this usual?

I press enter and end up with the entry page again - missing the answers!

The simplest way to check if they've got your answers is to click on the comp link in the OP after entering. If your entries registered it usually comes up with 'We have received your entry for this issue, good luck!'

I am having the same problem too. I have linked on it again and i have submitted my answers about three times now

Have tried to contact them ... BUT ... the 'contact us' links either take you to the competitions page or you get a 404 error message.
Pretty poor in my humble opinion.

I'm having exactly the same problem. The moment you press the 'submit' button, your answers disappear and your entry hasn't gone through! Does someone have a contact email address for the magazine to notify them about what is clearly some sort of technical problem? Thanks.

It's been mentioned a couple of times on their FB page without reply (they don't seem to post much on FB and even less on TW) but as they are not a "news" type magazine it's probable they don't work at weekends

Yes same for me. Usually get an entered acknowledgment but just goes to empty form again!!
