Multiple Loan - half fixed, half variable

Are Mortgage Lenders able to provide solutions for customers where the need is for say 2 or 3 separate loans? For instance 50% of the borrowing on a 5 year fix and the other 50% on a variable rate which can be repaid without penalty from an anticipated inheritance? Both parts would be repayment, but I guess a 3rd part could be introduced to cater for an interest only scenario.
I'm not sure if these sort of bespoke solutions are offered or even permitted. Can anyone help?

Some can.
Some can't.
