Approve Subject to Valuation

Hi guys, I'm new to the house buying business and have had a call from NatWest saying that our mortgage has been approved subject to valuation. Can you tell me if this means as long as the valuation comes back fine then we will get a mortgage offer?

I think it does, I'm in exactly the same position (survey to be done on 21st) and my broker has said all is well as long as valuation/survey is fine.0 -
