Autumn 2017 Customer Holiday Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and the immediate families of Cairngorms Business Partnership, Great North Lodges and Andersons Restaurant or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. Entrants must be 21 or over.
4. Draw closes 2.10.17.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. To enter simply visit our website page and enter via the form.
7. The prize is for a group of up to 7 and consists of-:

Accommodation:
•A 7 night Stay in Red Fox Lodge with Great North Lodges
•The rental week is Friday to Friday
•Rental will not be accepted in respect of any client under 21 years old
•No over occupancy of the lodge, the lodge sleeps up to 7 people
•If there are any breakages during the stay, the client will be required to pay for replacements
•A refundable security deposit of £300 will be required at the point of booking
•The accommodation is available from 1st November 2017-23rd March 2018, excluding Christmas & New Year and February half–term holidays.

• Enjoy a freshly prepared 3 course lunch using only the best of local & seasonal produce at Anderson’s Restaurant - for up to 4 people, to include a bottle of wine.

8. The prize is subject to availability, advance booking is essential. Prize must be taken in full by 23rd March 2018.
9. No alternative will be offered to prize winners not able to take up the prize as outlined.
10. The prize does not include any transport, spending allowance, travel insurance or any other expenses.
11. All elements of the prize package are subject to availability, change and prize fund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
12. The prize is as stated. No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances out with its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
13. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw and one winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
14. Confirmation on redemption of the prize must be received within two weeks of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize, and another winner will be drawn. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
