Nigella Express - Pancake Mix

Hello - Was anyone else watching this, who actually got to hear what went into the pancake mix? Having said to DH I would be really interested in that 'mix' recipe he then proceeded to talk ALL THE WAY THROUGH..... Men!!! :D

    please dont quote me but i think it was
    600g plain flour
    50g baking powder
    2tsp bicarb ?i think
    2tbsp sugar

    then mix each cupful with 1 cup milk and 1 egg

    please dont shoot me if i,m wrong
    OH still in a sweat about the satin nighty....how ridiculous!!

    2 teaspoons of bicarb
    1 teaspoon salt
    40g caster/vanilla sugar

    Thank you so much! I often make the children pancakes for breakfast and love the idea of having the dried ingredients ready done. Thank you for your help. DH and I were giggling over her getting on the bus!!!

    Funny how hubbies watch it with us isn't it??

    Mine just keeps saying 'and some salt' everytime she is making anything so I don't hear much either.

    I make pancakes a lot (and sadly premix my mixture) but never knew about adding the melted butter - will try that.
