HP Pavilion ZD8000

Put this in other sections and got nothing....all i want is some advice.....


I want a gaming laptop for a budget price...

My mate wants to sell me his which is a HP Pavilion ZD8000. He told me he bought it last year for approx £1200

He told me that he would sell it to me for £500

Is it worth it?
Will it play decent games?
Overall, what do you reckon?

I use one of these and for £500 its worth it. I paid over a grand new. The laptop has good picture quality and handles games. Only problem is, like your link says, it is a little loud and does get hot so i would also consider buying a laptop cooler - "coolermaster" do some nice coolers and i managed to pick one up from expansys for £20 when using the £10 off code.
