Best of luck Chrisindebt.
Maybe I've had to much sales training to identify the "good guy" and "bad guy" approach. The "good guy" part is where he/she are sort of nice and seem very concerned about your debts and how you got them. The "bad guy" bit is where they ask for all your information and dissect it. I've had the "good guy" part but I'm just waiting for the "bad guy".
Basically if they are good to you, you will unwittingly give them all the information that they need, it will save them a lot of trouble collating it. If they are bad to you then, you will make their lives difficult. It’s an old trick.
My advice is be very honest, hold your hands up and say you have made some big mistakes.

My best wishes too. To me that would be more nerve wracking (sp?) than the court bit. Good luck.
