I've just bought myself a slow cooker. finally.
Was wondering what is everyone favortie slow cook recipes.
i don't know where to start , but want to make the most of it. We like most thing's. Although family not over keen on fish or lamb. ( unless minced lamb)

Hi jcr16 - just wanted to tell you that I use my slow cooker quite alot for cooking hocks, gammons and casseroles. Sunday I tried the rice pudding receipe off the receipe thread and it was fantastic.We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee.

I'd recommend the book Slow Cooking Properly Explained (can't remember the author but google it and you'll find it). There is a fab recipe for sausages in onion gravy which is truly yummy.Make £2025 in 2025
