Home grown riesling grapes, what to do?

In our garden, we have a single vine growing up a kind of pergola, and we got about a bucketful of riesling grapes from it.

Not really into wine-making - I don't think it will be worth the effort with this amount - but is there anything else I can do with them?

They are just about edible, but not particularly enjoyable, very small, not sweet, pips...

Any suggestions most welcome!!!!

    Bump.

Can I juice them? What's the easiestway of doing this (other than taking my shoes of and trampling them :o )?
  • What about adding them into a fruit salad?? Or freeze them and add to a glass of wine frozen instead of an ice cube. Sorry, but if they're not very sweet, you would have to add other fruits even if you were juicing.

Thanks for responding, trying-very-trying, I'm afraid they wouldn't do anything to enhance a fruit salad. Don't have the space to freeze them for novelty ice-cubes, but it's a nice idea. I probably will just have to chuck them in the compost.

When we built the pergola, we quite fancied a vine for shade. I had been thinking of a dessert grape, but kind friends bought us the riesling. Obviously over-estimated our self-suffficiency potential!
