just found this..... and didnt know it myself. it seems to be aimed at US customers but u can signup with these simply tips.

you will need to setup a new screen name with a US postcode and telephone number
i dont subscribe to AOL so this is ideal for me...didnt think I could access "AOL World' unless u paidPLAY GOOD!
