HI,
Is the 12% over the £628 deducted before or after the 20% TAX?
So if i was to earn say £1,114.81 in one month before tax, my 20% would be £891.84 net but would the NI come off the £1,114.81 (- £628 leaving balance off £486.81 - 12% (£58.41 deduction) ?0 -
NI comes off the full gross £1114.81 less the allowance.0

Hi,
Indeed i did read that, but aside from paying me wrong, they seem to be taking too much NI it seems and the HMRC have been telling me different things, so it's just frustrating.0 -
Turns out they have not been paying the full salary due hence figures on NI going wrong.
So far still not paid me the outstanding money I and others are due, is this legal?0 -
