I find the Captcha always work when I refresh until it is only numbers, then it goes through right away.

As posted elsewhere, try refreshing until there are only numbers in the captcha - works for many.

I find that the captcha doesn't work when I use autofill so have taken to filling out waitrose forms the long way lol! Once I started doing that the captchas weren't a problem

I think they're on a timer and don't work if they've been there too long as the first one rarely works but one refresh usually does the job then
I use autofill no problem and got it to submit with letters and numbers together
