Good Estate Agent franchise?

Anyone heard anything about this franchise? Seems to be pretty reasonable in price and the returns look good. £49 per month franchise fee and they do all the admin work for the sales progression.

I am not disputing that it is hard work but I feel the rewards are there. Anyone come across this as a way of making extra income?

650 quid a year for a Estate Agents Franchise are you serious look at what other charge to set up. Appears to be a Direct Selliing opportunity where your encouraged to recruit agents to promote your biz.Dubious to say the least.:eek:

I am rather a sceptical person and the worry would be not finding any properties to let or sell - I guess that is where networking comes in - From initial enquiries I believe they are more focused on you finding properties to sell rather than recruiting agents.

So none of you would go for it? Even a punt for £49 per month?
