Chrome worked for me just now but Firefox and Safari did not

I've tried in 3 browsers and incognito windows, nothing works for me. Hopefully they'll sort it out as it can't be just my settings if so many have problems.

Well MimiJane, hopefully someone who has a clue will look into it this time- I've been told on 2 seperate comps that they have checked it and there are absolutely no problems at their end!

I'm always having problems with the captcha. Worked second time in private browsing Chrome 60.0.3112.113.

BTW has anyone heard of anyone winning anything with Waitrose?

I won a fruit tart about 4 or 5 years ago!

I find the Captcha always work when I refresh until it is only numbers, then it goes through right away.

For those having difficulty entering Waitrose competitions enter your details including ticking terms & conditions then reset captcha/code until only numbers are showing. Then enter the numbers and hit enter key on keyboard not submit . It may take a few attempts but it seems to work better when only numbers are showing.

Yes, me too - it's possible they have some php code block on letters in there but aren't too interested in fixing.
