Can you freeze packs of stirfry veg?

Hi I wonder if it's possible to freeze packs of fresh stirfry veg. The only place that seems to sell frozen packs is aldi and it contains fish sauce which I don't eat

I buy bags of frozen stir fry vegetables at Morrisons, so yes, I think you could freeze fresh ones?0

I wouldn't be sure as usually high water ingredients so I personally think it would come out as mush x

I do!! I buy them when they are reduced to 5p etc. I put them straight in the freezer. As mentioned they can give off a bit of water so once defrosted I put them in a sieve over a jug for 10-15 mins before cooking. Works fine for us!Emma :dance:
