having a drought in competition wins not my month! maybe i am jinxed what with all the hassle of trying to get my x-bike win went to the library today and got told it was closed wasps nest (wouldnt mind but i had a bag for of books to donate to them and wanted to pay for an over due dvd!)!went to pharmacy and perscription not ready for a couple of days! went to get my boys hair cut and they are closed too aynone would think it was sunday!

yeah, Ive not been having a good comping time lately, have had the odd small win, am still waiting for a biggie though!

I'm also having a drought, haven't even had a small win! Think the last thing I won was a hair colour from L'Oreal - in July or some time round then. Feeling quite disheartened with it, but I know that if I'm not in then I won't win. Have decided to do more of the postal ones (which obviously is no use at the moment with the d@mn postal strike) so maybe they'll prove more fruitful.

Stick at it tinker and hjb. There are prizes out there with our names on them!

The wins board does seem a bit quiet lately , I guess a lot of us are going thru a lull at the moment, especially as we're not even getting our ickle freebies, that keep us going. Im definately having postal withdrawal symptons _pale_ . But Chin Up Compers The Tide Will Turn. Good Luck Everyone

i had a bad month last month worst ive had since comping,but then again i had baby so not really done much comping,and i really cant complain i only started comping in january and done really well so i cant moan at all.

I have won 5 things since I starting comping about 4 months ago, three little things and two biggies. I am not complaining at all, but I was expecting a few more small things like cds/dvd/books etc as I enter about 500 comps a week.

Oh well hopefully later this week this board will be buzzing with all the wins delivered after the postal strike has finished- fingers crossed for everyone! :beer:

it will be quiet this week or quiter as a lot of people wont get postal wins,but a few people seem to be still getting post,so we shall wait n see,i think sometimes ya have episodes of not getting nothing then getting loads in a row thats what happens to me lol

Don't be down:j 2 of my few wins came by post with no e-mails, so your postman will probably be lugging all your wins down the road very soon!!
A few of my September wins haven't arrived yet let alone the October win.
